WCB Medical Impairment Guidelines

The NYS Workers’ Compensation Board website provides a document known as the “Workers’ Compensation Guidelines for Determining Impairment”. This document is a resource used by claims professionals and licensed medical professionals to determine the degree of impairment and, subsequently, the effect the impairment will have on the injured workers’ earning potential.
